Welcome + team formation As guests arrive in the virtual room, our host will extend a warm winter welcome and rundown of what to expect. The host will split the groups into teams and instruct them to choose a team name and reporter and do a quick icebreaker. This stage sets the tone for the collaboration with a side of fierce competition, and solidifies a team identity.	10 minutes
Three fast-paced rounds of engaging virtual winter team trivia games and activities Teams square off against each other in different quiz game styles, including group deliberation, buzzer-style, pun-based wordplay, and select-all-the-right-answers.
