Gunter is BACK! Based on the German tradition of hiding a pickle around the holidays, this is a long-form game that keeps participants engaged during the event. Listen up or watch out for pickle rhymes, and you'll earn some extra points for your team if you catch any of the words scattered throughout the event that rhyme with the word "pickle".

Participants will split into breakout rooms for small group discussion and icebreakers. During this time, teammates will get to know each other and choose a festive team name.

A quiz-style throw down of the snappiest seasonal trivia questions to get you cozy and in the winter holiday spirit.

Teams predict what the majority of teams said as answers to the ice breaker questions from team formation. They can place bets to earn extra teambuilding bucks for being right, but they have to weigh the risks because they lose any teambuilding bucks that they bet and are wrong about.

Using all of the teambuilding bucks they earned during the entire event, teams end the event with an auction. The goal is to bid on and win the most valuable items possible in order to win the game. Teams have to be strategic to get the best items or most items possible without getting outbid by other teams. To make matters even more tricky, this is also a mystery auction. We don't tell guests exactly what the items are, but give hints and riddles so that teams can try to figure out which items are worth bidding on.

Hosts will announce the winners of the auction and event at large. Partygoers will pose for a very festive photo before ending on a warm fuzzy note with a spirited team cheer.
